At Extreme Deals Of The Day, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or encounter issues with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 14-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 business days from the day it was delivered and confirmed by the delivery service at your door.

If 14 business days have passed since your date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There is a 20% restocking fee on all products returned when applicable.Extreme Deals of the Day has the right to update this Return Policy and it will be Published on https://extremedealsoftheday.com/returns-refunds-policy/ Please make sure to read thoroughly and keep yourself updated on how and what to expect when returning an item.

Return & refund application needs to be filed within 14 days from the delivery date completed at your door. Extreme Deals Of The Day will not support any order cancellation or refunds before shipping confirmation.

We don’t accept non-defective remorse returns. If Extreme Deals Of The Day accepts the after-sale request for the reason type of "non-defective remorse returns" and requires to deduct a "restocking & repacking fee", under Extreme Deals Of The Day policy restriction, the "restocking & repacking fee" in total deducted shall not exceed 20% of order total price.

If the Extreme Deals Of The Day cannot fulfill the order within the indicated processing time, the customer can request to cancel and refund their order.

In cases of damaged goods, Extreme Deals Of The Day will provide a prepaid return label within 10 business days of the buyer's refund request, refunding the buyer upon the return's transit confirmation.

Customers must provide evidence for after-sales requests within the stipulated 14-day policy period, with the determination of compelling evidence resting on Extreme Deals Of The Day.

Various circumstances are subject to these outlined principles.

1. Refund Request Timing:

You have the right to request a full refund for your order after the product has been delivered. Processing and handling time are business days Mon-Fri, weekends and holidays do not count towards handling time before out for delivery.

It may take up to 30 days to process the full refund, it could be less depending on the circumstances.

2. Goods Returned in Transit:

Should the package you purchased be returned during transit for any reason, and a refund is requested by the customer, Extreme Deals of the Day commits to processing the refund within 10 business days from the date of the refund request.

In a similar scenario, if the customer opts for redelivery, Extreme Deals Of The Day will initiate the redelivery process within 7 business days of the request date.

3. Goods Destroyed in Transit

If you do happen to receive damaged merchandise or broken during transit for any reason and have proof from the logistics that the order was destroyed please provide all proof such as emails, and pictures and apply for a refund.

You must have compelling evidence, such as pictures, and videos to start the process of the merchandise being returned.

Extreme Deals of the Day will refund the order within 7 business days of the customer's refund request, or redelivery within 14 business days of the request. The damaged merchandise must be returned before any refund will be issued.

The return information will be provided after the Return or Refund request has been requested by the customer.

4. Wrong Receipt Information

If the customer puts the wrong information on an order, you have 2 days to correct the right order/receipt information by contacting refunds@extremedealsoftheday.com

Please note that receipt information correction or order cancellation is not guaranteed for a refund. Extreme Deals of the Day asks you the customer to “PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL DELIVERY INFORMATION IS CORRECT UPON PURCHASE!”

If the order has already been shipped out, it is the customer’s responsibility to track their order and try to correct their mistake by contacting the logistics company!

Extreme Deals will work extremely hard to work on correcting the issue and contact the logistics company with the correct information.

If the goods have been delivered to the wrong receipt, the customer can make attempts to try and get back the products at his/her own expense.

If the merchandise is returned in good condition, Extreme Deals of the Day shall refund the order within 7 business days of receiving the goods, as buyer’s refund request, or begin redelivery within 7 business days of receiving the goods.

Please note the customer will additionally be in charge of paying the re-delivery fee. If the order cannot be corrected or returned, the customer will bear their losses.

5. Defective Products (Package Is Broken/Missing Or Quality Problems)

If the customer detects any problem upon delivery (damaged package/ missing or wrong goods/ significantly not as described or other quality problems).

The customer will need to provide valid proof (photos/videos of goods received that show the problem clearly) before the refund or redelivery request will be processed. After the customer files the request Extreme Deals of the Day will check the proof and give a response within 7 business days.

If the proof supplied is not showing the problem clearly the proof checked will be deemed invalid, and Extreme Deals of the Day has the right to reject the customer refund request.

(NOTE: PLEASE MAKE SURE PICTURES/VIDEOS ARE CLEAR AND POINT OUT THE DEFECTS OR QUALITY PROBLEM)

If the customer's proof shows the problem clearly after it’s verified and checked the proof checking time shall not be no more than 7 business days! If the goods need to be returned to get a refund, the customer will be provided with a prepaid return label within 7 business days of proof approval.

Once confirmed it’s in transit and has been received at the return location specified on the prepaid return label. When the merchandise shows it has arrived the refund will be refunded.

If proof is valid, and the customer would like to request redelivery, the redelivery shall take place within 7 business days of proof approval.

Please Note: Extreme Deals of the Day has the right to refund your order if the redelivery merchandise has no stocks, or if customers would like to be able to reorder products when the merchandise are restocked.

6. Logistics Issues

6.1 Invalid tracking information

If the customer's tracking number is found to be incorrect by Extreme Deals of the Day, the customer can expect to receive the correct tracking number within 4 business days, or a refund for the order will be issued by Extreme Deals of the Day.

6.2 Untimely Tracking Info Updates

If the tracking information on the logistic website remains unchanged for over 7 business days after the label was created, the customer is eligible to request for a refund.

Extreme Deals of the Day needs 7 business days to completely process the customer's refund request.

6.3 Too-Long Shipping Period

In the event that the time it takes for shipping surpasses the estimated delivery time by a minimum of 10 days and Extreme Deals Of The Day fails to provide any legitimate tracking information updates, the customer has the option to ask for a reimbursement/refund.

If the transit time exceeds the estimated delivery time by 10 days or more and Extreme Deals Of The Day fails to provide any valid tracking updated information, the customer may request a refund.

At the customer's request, Extreme Deals Of The Day will handle refunds and order processing within a 7-day timeframe, Monday through Friday.

Note: The following clause is not enforceable during periods of exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to holidays, pandemics (such as COVID-19), unusual weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

7. Other

In the event of encountering holidays, COVID-19, irregular weather, or any other unusual circumstances, the buyer should reach out to refunds@extremedealsoftheday.com to address any issues related to merchandise or logistics.
