1. SHIPPING OPTIONS
We offer various shipping options depending on the product and delivery location. In some cases, a third-party supplier may manage inventory and fulfill (pack and ship) your order from one of their warehouses.
1.1 Free Shipping
Some products and destinations may qualify for Free Standard Shipping. Eligibility varies by product, supplier, and delivery location. If Free Standard Shipping is available for your order, it will be shown at checkout.
1.2 Shipping Fees
If shipping fees apply, they will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Shipping charges may vary based on supplier, origin warehouse, destination, weight, and selected shipping method.

If you select a shipping option, we may follow up after you place the order with additional shipping details, including carrier information or updated estimates when available.
2. PROCESSING TIME AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Processing time (preparing your order for shipment) varies by product and supplier. Processing may take 1–3 business days in many cases, but some items may take longer.
Transit time (shipping time) begins once the order is dispatched. Any delivery times shown on our website or at checkout are estimates only and are provided in good faith.
Tracking may not update immediately after a shipping label is created. In some cases, tracking updates can take 1–5 business days to show movement after dispatch.
3. TRACKING
Tracking information will be emailed to you once available. Depending on the carrier, tracking events may update intermittently and may not show every scan.
4. SPLIT SHIPMENTS
If your order includes items fulfilled by different suppliers or warehouses, items may ship separately and may arrive in multiple packages (sometimes on different dates). You may receive more than one tracking number.
5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to the following countries:

- United States
Free Standard shipping, where offered, may also apply to eligible international orders and will be shown at checkout if available.

International deliveries may be subject to customs rules, duties, taxes, and other fees that are outside our control. If such charges apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws in your country and for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees.

6. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- Not all shipping methods are available for all products or destinations.
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding applicable holidays.
- Shipping charges can vary because suppliers operate from different warehouses in different regions and countries. Costs are influenced by origin, destination, distance, method, and regional carrier rates.
7. ADDRESS ACCURACY AND UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to sender or marked undeliverable due to an incorrect address, incomplete address information, or refusal of delivery, we will review the situation and advise available options (which may include reshipment at the customer’s expense or a refund subject to any supplier or carrier fees).
8. DELAYS, LOST PACKAGES, AND DELIVERED-BUT-NOT-RECEIVED
If delivery is delayed, we will inform you when we are able and, where possible, provide a revised estimated delivery date. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, peak-season volume, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
If your tracking shows Delivered but you have not received your package, please:
- Confirm the shipping address on your order,
- Check your mailbox, parcel lockers, building reception/management office, and with neighbors,
- Allow 24–48 hours for late carrier scans or internal building delivery handling, and
- Contact us so we can assist with the next steps (carrier inquiry/claim where applicable).
Any resolution (replacement, refund, or other remedy) depends on the circumstances, available carrier information, and supplier fulfillment rules.
9. EU and UK CONSUMERS
