To File a Report, Please Include:

• Your full legal name and contact information (email address, phone number, and mailing address).

What Happens After We Receive a Notice

After receiving a complete notice, we may remove or disable access to the identified content, contact the party responsible for the content, and request additional information if needed to evaluate the claim. We may provide a copy of the notice (including your contact details) to the party responsible for the content as part of the review process. Where appropriate, we may redact certain personal information.

Counter-Notice (If You Believe Content Was Removed by Mistake)

If you believe content was removed or disabled as a result of error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the email or mailing address above. Please include: (1) identification of the content removed and where it appeared before removal, (2) a statement explaining why you believe the removal was mistaken, (3) your name and contact information, (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the removal was the result of error or misidentification, and (5) your physical or electronic signature. We may restore the content if appropriate after review.

Repeat Infringers and Misuse of This Process

We may take action against repeat infringers, including suspending or terminating access where appropriate. Submitting knowingly false or misleading notices or counter-notices may result in legal consequences. Please only submit claims you are authorized to make.
