Extreme Deals Of The Day prohibits the use of our website, systems, or Services to send, facilitate, or support unsolicited or unlawful electronic messages. This Anti-Spam Policy applies to all users, visitors, customers, partners, affiliates, and any third parties who interact with our Services.

1. No harvesting or collection

We do not authorize the harvesting, mining, scraping, or collection of email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact information from or through our Services. We also do not permit any attempt to compile customer or subscriber information, including subscriber email addresses, for any purpose.

2. No spam, misuse, or interference

You must not use the Services to:

send unsolicited commercial electronic messages, bulk messages, chain letters, or spam;
send messages with false, misleading, or deceptive header information or subject lines;
send messages that fail to include required identification and contact information;
send messages that do not include a functional unsubscribe mechanism where required;
damage, disable, overburden, or impair any aspect of the Services or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Services;
use bots, scripts, automated tools, or “list purchasing” practices to generate unsolicited messaging.

3. Canada compliance (CASL)

For commercial electronic messages subject to Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), you must obtain valid consent (express or implied where legally permitted), clearly identify the sender, and include a working unsubscribe mechanism. You must honor unsubscribe requests in the time required by law and keep appropriate records of consent where applicable.

4. United States compliance (CAN-SPAM)

For commercial email messages subject to the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, you must not use false or misleading transmission information, must not use deceptive subject lines, must clearly provide an opt-out mechanism, must honor opt-out requests promptly as required by law, and must include a valid physical postal address for the sender where required.

5. Enforcement

If we believe unauthorized or improper use is being made of any part of our Services, we may, without notice, take any action we deem appropriate, including:

blocking messages, traffic, or access from a particular internet domain, mail server, user account, or IP address;
suspending or terminating any account or access we determine is transmitting, enabling, or connected with messages that violate this Policy;
removing content or disabling features used to facilitate spam or abusive messaging.

6. Reporting

If you believe this Policy has been violated, please report it to support@extremedealsoftheday.com with the subject line “Anti-Spam Report,” and include the relevant details (for example, message date/time, sender information, and any available headers or screenshots).

7. No rights granted

Nothing in this Policy grants any right to transmit or send email to, from, or through our Services. Failure to enforce this Policy in every instance does not constitute a waiver of our rights.

8. Legal consequences

Unauthorized use of our Services in connection with the transmission of unsolicited or unlawful electronic messages may result in civil, criminal, or administrative penalties under applicable laws, including CASL in Canada and CAN-SPAM in the United States.
