Our Refund and Return Policy last 5 business days from the day it was delivered! Upon confirmation of delivery, Extreme Deals of the Day Returns & Refund Policy takes effect.
If 5 business days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return & refund application needs to be filed within 5 business days upon confirmation of delivery is completed at your door.
We will support any order cancellation before shipping confirmation is emailed to the customer.
Once email confirmation has been emailed you will have to wait for delivery and start the process of the Returns & Refund Policy of Extreme Deals of the Day!
We don’t accept non-defective Remorse returns.
1. Refund Request Timing
You have the right to request a full refund for your order which has not been shipped out within the stated processing time (subject to the estimated processing time displayed on the order page).
Processing and handling time are business days Mon-Fri, weekends and holidays do not count towards handling time before out for delivery.
2. Goods Returned in Transit
If the package you purchased is sent back during transit for any reason, and the customer requests a refund or applies for a refund. Extreme Deals of the Day will refund within 7 business days of the refund request.
Under the same situation, if the customer requests redelivery, the Extreme Deals of the Day will begin processing the redelivery within 7 business days of the requested date.
3. Goods Destroyed in Transit
If you do happen to receive damaged merchandise or broken and apply for a refund. You must have compelling evidence, such as pictures, and videos to start the process of the merchandise being returned.
Extreme Deals of the Day will have the responsibility to supply the prepaid return label within 7 business days to return damaged/broken goods.
4. Wrong Receipt Information
If the customer puts the wrong information on an order, you have 2 days to correct the order/receipt information.
Please note that receipt information correction or order cancellation is not guaranteed for a refund. Extreme Deals of the Day asks you the customer to “PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL DELIVERY INFORMATION IS CORRECT!”
If the order has already been shipped out, it is the customer’s responsibility to track their order and try to correct their mistake!
Extreme Deals of the Day will work extremely hard to work on correcting the issue and contact the logistics company with the correct information.
If the goods have been delivered to the wrong receipt, the customer can make attempts to try and get back the products at his/her own expense.
If the merchandise is returned in good condition, Extreme Deals of the Day shall refund the order within 5 business days of receiving the goods, as buyer’s refund request or begin redelivery within 5 business days of receiving the goods.
Please note the customer will additionally be in charge of paying the re-delivery fee.
If the order cannot be corrected or returned, the customer will bear their losses.
5. Defective Products (package is broken/missing or wrong parts/quality problems)
If the customer detects any problem upon delivery (damaged package/ missing or wrong goods/ significantly not as described or other quality problems).
The customer will need to provide valid proof (photos/videos of goods received that show the problem clearly) before the refund or redelivery request will be processed.
After the customer files the request Extreme Deals of the Day will check the proof and give a response within 5 business days.
If the proof supplied is not showing the problem clearly the proof checked will be deemed invalid, and Extreme Deals of the Day has the right to reject the customer refund request.
(NOTE: PLEASE MAKE SURE PICTURES/VIDEOS ARE CLEAR AND POINT OUT THE DEFECTS OR QUALITY PROBLEMS)
If the customer’s proof shows the problem clearly after it’s verified and checked the proof checking time shall not be more than 5 business days!
If the goods need to be returned to get a refund, the customer will be provided with a prepaid return label within 5 business days of proof of approval
Once confirmed it’s in transit and has been received at the return location specified on the prepaid return label.
When the merchandise shows it has in arrived the refund will be refunded.
If proof is valid, and the customer would like to request redelivery, the redelivery shall take place within 7 business days of proof approval.
Please note Extreme Deals of the Day has the right to refund your order if the redelivery merchandise has no stocks, or if customers would like to be able to reorder products when the merchandise is restocked.
6. Logistics Issues
1.0 Invalid tracking information
If Extreme Deals of the Day verifies that the customer’s tracking number is incorrect, you as the customer will be provided with the correct one within 7 business days, or Extreme Deals of the Day will refund the order.
1.1 Untimely Tracking Info Updates
If there is no update of the tracking info for more than 7 business days after the label is created showing on the logistic website, and the customer can apply for a refund, Extreme Deals of the Day requires 7 business days to fully process the customer’s refund request.
Note: this clause is not applicable for special times/periods such as holidays, covid-19, abnormal weather, or other abnormal situations.
1.2 Too-long Shipping Period
If the transit time exceeds the estimated delivery time by 10 days or more and Extreme Deals of the Day fails to provide any valid tracking updated information, the customer may request a refund. Extreme Deals of the Day will process and refund the order within 7 business days at the request of the customer.
Note: This clause is not applicable for special times/periods such as abnormal weather, holidays, Covid-19, or other abnormal situations.
When encountering holidays, covid-19, abnormal weather, or other abnormal situations, the buyer shall contact firstname.lastname@example.org to solve the merchandise or logistics issue.
Extreme Deals of the Day always tries its best to assist customers in these kinds of special circumstances in a timely manner.
After notifying Extreme Deals of the Day, expect a decision on these types of issues no later than two weeks.
